Boa Sorte

Fazenda Boa Sorte is a small Farm of about 60 Hectares located just outside of the town of Campos Altos in the heart of the Cerrado region of Minas Gerais Brazil. The farm is at an elevation of 1000 meters above sea level which is considered a high altitude for that part of the Cerrado Region. The owners of ten years, Antonio Azevedo da Silva Junior, or Junior for short, and his wife Betonia are extremely focused on advancing the quality and uniqueness of there coffee. They separate all micro-lots by section and varietal and dry mostly on traditional concrete patios. At Boa Sorte there is a wet mill as well as a dry mill on the farm which gives them 100% over-site over the quality control in every step of the process.
